Well seems that some serious changes have been made and I was grinding to get the mat's for a tier1 alchemical scepter w/ superior devotion IX. I have only 1 thing left to hunt for but was wondering if it's even worth it anymore. Can someone who has one describe the changes that were made to it, specifically the implement and equipment bonus to spell power. There may be more powerful stuff in chests now. thanks in advance
