enhancement pre-req not shown.

It's just me, or some enhancement pre-req are not shown when spending action points, when you check the "show unavailable" button and passing the mouse over an enhancement , the pre-requisite part is not shown (or at least archmage ones are not). Is that a "new feature" or just a bug?
