Level 20 Pally gear advice needed

I have a level 20 Human Pally KOTC using Falchions (great sword for Holy Sword). Used my free LR to respec to nearly match Junt's Level 20 Human 2HF sample pally. I did mess up and forget to make sure I had enough CHA for DM IV. I'll just have to hope to be VERY lucky and get a +4 tome, and live with it in the meantime. I also took the Angel destiny. When I TR, she'll Pally again, although probably 2WF instead of 2HF.

I just landed my final +2 tome today (snagged a cheap auction house sale), so I have +2 stats across the board.

I had a lot of problems with her to start. This is my first toon on her first life and I basically made every mistake I could with both stats and feats. With the respec, she's doing much better, I'm not embarrassing myself anymore in PUGs.

So the time comes to be planning for the future. My stats, while not fantastic, are as good as they're going to get. She's still very squishy, and her gear is sadly sub-optimal. Now is the time to start doing epic quests and epic upgrades on the gear, and collect GS mats. While doing that, is there any good holdover gear people would be willing to recommend?

I'd like a couple good falchions or greatswords/greataxes, a good suit of heavy armor, a two or three piece set "worth it" now, that I could also epic or otherwise upgrade for the future.

I can do Chrono (of course), I'm flagged for the Shroud, the Mindsunder, the Demon Queen quest (to then do the raid), and Gianthold Tor (although I haven't done Tor and been blooded for the real Gianthold raid). I've done the underdark flagging quests and can visit Eveningstar. I'm VIP for the present.

I have three parts of the basic abashai set (cloak, gloves, and I THINK helm). I have just the helm from the Sora Kell set. I have the non-epic Claw set (I actually have three Red Fens gear sets). I have a minos helm plus the adamantine gorget with heavy fort if I decide to replace the helm. I snagged a Xuum but it's useless at my level without the epic upgrade. I also landed a Bloody Cleaver that seems rather nice but I only have a mark of Sheska that doesn't fuse with it.

I did something like 12 runs of the Mindsunder (including having enough disks for a few end chests), landed some gloves, armor, shield, a staff, and a kama. No Terror, though.

I have a Shimmering Pendant plus just the seal to upgrade it, but I never see people slotting epic Shimmering Pendants when I read over pally builds with gear. I have no idea what rings pallys might want to use.

My cannith crafting is at least 41 in each type. I can make +4 stats, +4 enchantments, and +10 skills shards (among others). In craftables, I have a ring, a cloak, and a falchion that all have medium guild slots, although I can still only use small crystals with my guild size. Right now my falchion is +4, Holy, and Pure Good. I use it when Holy Sword breaks or when I run out of greatsword reagents. I would be just as happy with a different set of shards if there's something "better" I could be doing with it (to fill in when Holy Sword isn't so useful). The cloak is +4 charisma. The ring is empty. I don't ever use guild crystals because I don't know what would be useful. I have a craftable trinket but I'm not sure there's anything I could craft that would be better than my Dusk Heart's improved false life.

Any suggestions about what quests to farm to get holdover gear to epic later, what shards (if any) to craft, etc, would be appreciated. Bonus marks for 2WF items useful to snag now for my next life (I notice just as an oddity that the Blade of Fury can be split into short swords later, and there may be other items to grab on the way by in related quests).

If you have the expansion you should look at the Purple Knight commendation turn-ins.

Have you checked out some of the Festival event crafted items, such as Epic lvl 20 Calvary plate from Crystal Cove and the Mabar cloak from the Endless Night? Both items not too hard to craft with a bit a grinding and useful for a newly minted lvl 20. Epic Ring of the Buccaneer from Crystal Cove is also not bad for an empty ring slot. Unfortunately both events are seasonal and do not help you atm. Some useful pally items located in the Amrath quests and they are at your lvl range. Dragontouched armor from Reaver's Reach is nice, but seems a bit of a grind to get what you want.

Pre-U14 I would have said exactly that. The cove armor slotted with greater nimbleness, epic claw set, etc. However, the Purple Dragon commendation turn-in consolidates all of that to a large degree (absent some hate/intim, but assuming as a pally you are DoS, aggro should not be too much of an issue)

I'm having trouble either joining PUGs or filling them in the new town. I'll keep trying but right now I'm not solo-able in the area.

I'm not DoS, I'm HotD. I find the level drain immunity more useful in PUGs than the outsider/demon/devil bonuses. I don't take/hold aggro much.

I've earned white dragonscale armor and landed Terror, both of which have made a marked difference. Ditto for her Cannith Manufacturing Fabricators set with the bonus. I still don't know what to put in her belt slot. She has +6 Con and extra hp on top of it with an Alchemist's pendant. Since my armor has heavy fort, if I could find toughness elsewhere I could replace my Minos helm, although that leads me to wonder what to put there.

I have a bloody cleaver that I really want to fuse (not many falchions in the game and this one is nice) but I can't seem to land either the mark or the staff for vampiric touch. Not sure about other options for a second weapon (second to Terror). I really think there ought to be something I can do to cannith craft my falchion. That crit range is just too nice to let languish. Holy and Pure Good doesn't do enough damage at my level.
