Missing purchases and Turbine points?

Hello! I'm missing previous purchases. Those include character slots, warforged, darkelves with more. I have an active recurring subscription that's been active for over a year all the while I haven't been playing. I just thought that I would return when I noticed I'm missing characters and I can't log on to my warforged character since I don't own the race anymore. (?) Also I haven't been receiving my monthly turbine points. I should be wealthy with points by now. How do we fix this? I feel like I've been robbed right now.

It almost sounds like your VIP status is no longer active. You should have WF if you are VIP. Are your characters not listed, or are they unavailable?
