Where's the Free LR guy?

I saw something about a free LR to respec toons with in order to keep toons that are borked from staying borked. Anyone know where he is in game?

Yes, that's why they put it there... or was it the white toons (ya know, who can't jump).

Made me check mine as I used the free LR. Tomes are intact.

Thank the devines I currently have only pure toons I need to do this on. I feel for the multis that gotta do this.

It seems that some people have gained them back after logging out and back in.... Not sure if this is always the case though.... I'd liek to hear from someone that has actually had them apply as they level up, since this could easily affect a persons ability to take certain feats at certain times, example is CE. And with Fred completely broken and disabled, well you can't change feats right now.......

Don't ask why, but I used it right away, and leveled afterwards, tome's inherent bonuses did kick in as I leveled naturally.

Wasn't there an issue that you would lose your favor gained feats such as vitality and coin lords diplo/intim feat...and since you already earned the favor your cannot regain them...?

They said in a Dev post that the CL 400 favor bonus was fixed..... It was a couple days ago.. .. So take that for what it's worth... (not much)

Also there is a known issue with some favor rewards (Finishing school and draconic vitality) as well as the tomes.

Hmm, perhaps this is class related, or maybe the kind of tome matters.. Or.... Who knows...
