This is one of the premium healing items in the game but I think it was overlooked in the update.

I dont think those 2 devotions stack so perhaps just make it devotion +156?
And please I dont wanna regrind 50 tokens to reslot it thanks.

It has two Equipment bonuses to Spell Power, and as far as I understand it, Spell Power uses the exact same stacking rules as most of DDO. Same types of bonuses shouldn't stack.

Based on how the spell damage amplification effects were changed, this is WAI. On a side note, +156 spell power is WAY too high. I think the highest I have heard of is supposed to be around 120 ish on the new raid loot.

It's the same with the Cannith Challenges loot. They're obviously using an automated method to change the
properties from items pre-update. In this case, both the previous devotions on the item are converted to +78
spellpower. They won't stack and it looks ugly.

I seriously question the competence of the people working on this game (or the deadlines they are being forced to
work to)
