It's really not, it's actually hundreds of dollars, not plat, not 2 worn out pieces of copper. I'm talking about the American dollars I've spent on my DDO subscription since 2006. I'm closing in on six years of payments, a service rendered and paid for gladly. I'd like to think I've done my little part to support the development of the game, that some cool geeky guys and gals who love D&D get paychecks for for all the great work they do writing, designing, programming, and keeping DDO going for us. Can someone please explain to me why I'm expected to pay for Menace of the Underdark twice? I and all the other subscription members have been paying for it's development since day one six years ago. I feel betrayed, I'm always pretty excited for any new update but this time it's different. What have the good people of Turbine cooked up with my money? I don''t know because even though i helped buy the groceries, and have always come back for more of the fine cooking, this time I've been charged the customary $10 and apparently all I get is a glass of water. Anyway, I'm sure my opinion is actually worth far less than two coppers, even virtual ones at that. The $20 a month I pay for my son and I's DDO subscriptions suddenly seems like it may be too much if it doesn't even get me the full package. OK, I'm done crying about it now, I feel a little better, weird how that works.
