No Decon Choice For Spellpower?

Have deconed Numerous items with specific spellpower properties, example a thuarmaturgic staff with potency,combustion,glaciationand greater lore... i only get option for greater lore when i decon .. so far this has happened on every item ive tried

I just noticed the same thing deconning fresh loot from Gian't Vault. A quest where the best loot on the reward list that time was a +2 Crosbow. There were even Masterwork Handwraps there.

But yes, at least 3 drops with potency, corrosion and combustion and a lore, and only having the option for the lore decon, done in the last 10 minutes.
