WF Healers Friend Bug

Anyone know exactly what this bug is doing or how bad the healing pentaly is?

Is healers friend working at all now, or does it just not give as much amp as it is supposed to?

WF HF I is totally borked. Doesn't give any heal amp I think.

I have negative heal amp with Epic Claw gloves, ToD 20%, Fleshmaker's Docent and pally PL.

I might try to roll up a level 7 WF when I get home and test it to see if I can get some concrete details on this. This is a little sad though....
