This is just a rough draft but: 34 Pt Human- AOE aggro tank

This just had to be done. With the new updates to restrict spinning...
Even with human, I am missing two feats. GTWF, and I wanted at least the first tier of Shield mastery. But whirlwind attack just has to require 4 feats to take. It can definitely go without it, but I would have less time spinning(-1 Second). Obtaining whirlwind attack lets me spin 24/7. The plus side is, this build can do traps(needs help with epic traps).

I took 6 Fighter because of extra feats. Monks can't multi with Barb, so that's not an option. I'm pretty much restricted to fighter. People say 6 Fighter for Kensei is useless. So I decided to give my self a perm rage.... If it doesn't cancel out my Barb rage. 12 Barb gives me Supreme cleave and +1 crit range and since i'll be using scimitars, it'll be a khopesh with 30% crit rate

If gear is rearranged and such, one can make an AC tank out of this(again with the new updates). This build is able to use any Tower shields due to Fighter levels.

Intimidate is a must, since it pulls AOE aggro(like a tornado!). Then once all the mobs come near me, Spin! :)

Well, Enjoy!

Threat will be your biggest issue. Pally/Stalwarts hold threat due to prc's mostly, and you lose out on that. Hate tanking is out the door, and you do need a high AC. No idea what sort of AC you plan on getting out of this build, but unless you hit 120 then you might as well scrap it as a tank. Also need high PRR, above applies to it as well.

Going with 2 ranger instead of rogue would give you one free TWF feat, freeing one for GTWF, and bow strength/rapid shot for some more ranged dps than throwers.

I would, but I'd miss out on evasion. Uncanny dodge will be helpful boosting my reflexes even higher. I would also need Int for Combat expertise to obtain whirlwind, if the builder is correct. Int would benefit rogue more than ranger. If AC is done on this toon, Uncanny dodge will help even more. GS for displacement would be great. 50% chance to miss(assuming trash doesn't have TS) and AC to help out(If it gets high enough).

However, I would be able to switch and stick with heavy armor for some extra AC.
