Monk ninja spy splash broken

So I have a rather unique flavor build that was based around ninja spy using short swords. Now I'm aware it isn't an optimal end game build. How ever after the patch and logging in I found using short swords had now un-centered me. If i equip hand wraps, shurikens or any other "monk" weapon then I'm fine.

Is this WAI or a new bug we need to add to the list?

Report it in the bug submission forums if you think its a bug. Competence bonus for Stalwart I also seems to be broken.

I daresay a few things were missed.

I have a 12/6/2 ninja spy build, and have no problems with shortswords. May try resetting your enhancements to see if that fixes it. I just used the free respec when i logged on today, managed not to have any issues so far. Well, beyond the issues monks already had anyway

Got the same issue on my Favored Soul 14/Monk 6 Ninja spy , shortswords uncentered, handwraps centered.

Not gonna respec to see if that fixes it though, planning on TRing as soon as I got the tokens for a heart, same with all my monk spash builds.

So I have done my free LR to see if it fixes it. That didn't work. I've also tried the enhancement respec that also didn't work either.
