U14 Update Stuck

Launcher is stuck at Examine Programs.
Tried restarting the launcher several times.
Any solutions

I also have been launching the loader hoping it's ready (on Sarlona). However, I'm letting my patience abate. It did say 6AM to 11AM Eastern, although that is in 7 minutes as of this post.

Better get past the Examine. Wouldn't be surprised another hour is added. Everyone is rushing in to see the new!
