Stats before Menace of the Underdark:
That's how far i got. Missing only 2AC from better tomes.

With bard, arti, better paladin, halfling hero and some short time buffs, max could been 135AC, 137 with tomes, but couldnt find all these classes, nor tomes. :)
And yes, i have seen a lot of misses from epic lob.

Too bad your "near untouchable" AC will become 75% AC in a few hours ... :(

50% AC actually, but with destinys and all the other sources counted in, i expect 85%+ defense vs epic bosses.

So how does this work for you now in practice?
Very keen to hear if it still feels okay-strong to have near max AC?..as well as a ton of other defence?
Can you solo the EE trash mobs easy?

I take more damage from simple mobs, but now i dont really have to focus on AC (or any other sources) to see a lot of misses from epic elite bosses like Bloodplate.
And im still just lvl20 with old gear. I replaced my Icy (4%dodge), and lost only 1% defense... So everything as expected.
I think i could buff myself to ~120AC, while having 21%dodge and 27PRR.
All of these will be higher later. The dodge cap hurt. If i switch to water stance, i already have 25%...
About solo EE mobs, yes, they arent really a problem, if i dont have to fight more then 2-3 at a time.

Grats.

Being he had +114 to hit, he must of rolled a lot of 1s, as he'd hit you on a 2.
This figure comes directly from Eladrin btw, the lead designer:

PS: I'd estimate U14 max AC at over 180. GL on hitting it =) Unlike the old, that figure probably would have some impact on the new EE LoB.

Ouch.. only 2-3 at a time.. I do not recall if you have a decent intimidate on your character or know about the unyielding sentinal aggro grab abilities? Really does not seem very feasible on epic elite from a soloing perspective which was the original purpose of build from what I can recall even if you get 5 epic levels and destinies, but if you can grab aggro effectively in some way and mitigate alot of damage you could be more useful in party situations perhaps..

Or i had some party buffs (+5AC) and lot of debuffs on LoB. But thats the past. And if you know how the new system works, there is no reason to go for 180AC. If i want high defense, i go for mediocrity.

Why would i want to fight more then that? They do a tonn of damage on EE, and if they are lucky on rolls, i'm in trouble.
I dont have intimidate, still not planning as this is a solo build. It was just a side effect i could tank every important boss but eLoB. Aggro wasnt a problem, unless someone started to attack before i could.

I seem to recall you rarely if ever running this build with others and your aggro capacity being quite frankly lousy, but what have yeah. Intimidate is so powerful when grabbing several mobs off of others. It is a great technique I often do with my stalwart right now is either intimidate the mobs in the area away from others and onto me or intimidate and kite while the rest of the party picks them off one at a time sort of thing.
In the new content there are many situations where you get attacked by much more then 2-3 mobs and it really is impossible to body pull or use some other techinique to separate them out one at a time by yourself. Like you said you are still level 20 and thus clearly have barely played this character this update. Lets hear what you have to say after you have played some more and whether you still consider this a "solo build" on epic elite especially in the new content.

I doubt we have ever played together, since we play on different servers, so dunno where you got that false info.
