Voice chat

Okay so i was playing this morning and voice chat was working perfectly fine. I logged off and went to work. However when i got home and logged back on everything seemed fine until i tried to talk. I hit "F" to talk and nothing happens no bar or anything. But it works fine in the ddo mic test. Anyone know whats wrong?

9/10 people I see who have that issue.. use a USB mic, and have it disconnected when they load DDO.

It likes to swap devices(In DDO audio settings) if the selected default is disconnected.
