So how does downloading the Expansion pack work?

As above, how does it work? Do I download it right onto my current computer? can I download it to other computers? Or is it put right on my account?

It'll just be a usual update patch, although a large one.

It is an Update to the game, no different then previous ones, it will be automatically downloaded before you can login. Regarding content, Pre-Ordering the expansion will give you the best dollar/content ratio. If you wait until August, all the current Expansion content will be available for purchase in game using TP instead of real dollars.
