Free Epic Bard ability

I am pritty sure this shouldn't be happening but the half-elf Bard Dilettante ability is giving the fatespinner epic ability now.

It's a bug with masked ball specifically, it's triggering on whether or not you actually have the enhancement (but only the tier 1 version)
