vetran status

so i bought veteran status and i also have it because i prepurchesed the menace of the underdark and usally when i am taken right to the ship even when the Veteran status was not avaible but for some reason i got taken right to korthos when i i remade my druid

help please?

Important Information Regarding Druids:
Newly created Druids may not utilize Veteran Status.
