On my arcane archer i can activate that enhancement, i have zen archery but still i throw 1 arrow.

How much Wisdom do you have on your Arcane Archer?

I'll go in and test in a moment with my Monk Arcane Archer (Need to update client first).

Confirmed.

I am getting multiple shots with my Monk Arcane Archer with 10k Stars. 40 Wisdom. Typically 2 arrows, many times 3 arrows.

I can not duplicate your issue.

As per my previous post, what was your Wisdom score? As low Wisdom scores can not get multiple arrows often.

the number of arrows is random so you WILL get 1 arrow some times. The more wisdom you have the better your chance of having more arrows per shot up to 3 or 4 I think it is.

Definitely working for me.

Things to test:
Wisdom: with 10-20 wisdom you'll see 1 arrow more often than not.
Centered: if you're uncentered 10k stars will end/not activate.
Ki: you need to have 20 Ki to activate 10k stars.
