Couple things I noticed:
1) when trying to cancel something like Recalling from a dungeon, moving causes you to immediately port out instead of interrupting.
2) This is kinda cool but perhaps unintentional, when in an animal form as a Druid, your shadow is a humanoid.

- Entering quests on any difficulties, always puts you in normal.
- Epic quests are considered lv 1 again, and thus give no xp.

This is a bug with your client not the server, I forget what file but you have a preference file that's corrupted it's trying to use live settings and it sees epic normal hard elite casual as difficulties options that don't exist and flags it to a level one quest.

Fred is still crashing for me using a Feat Exchange token. On a druid, dragging two-weapon fighting to the feat socket. As soon as I let go by client crashes to desktop.

Some major bugs that I have noticed since the update
1/ Masters Blitz bug:
- Masters Blitz suddenly not working for wraps anymore, no extra dmg output at all, even after killing mobs. Was testing it in weapon shipment. Got up to 51 stacks and was still doing exactely the same dmg as my regular hits without any stacks.
- Masters Blitz not granting a renew on time and an extra stack, after killing a mob. After that 51st stack, I killed 2 extra mobs before my timer ran out, never gotten a renew on that timer, nor an extra stack. I was totally solo in the instance so it really was me getting the killing blow, not somebody else.
2/ In that same Weapon Shipment, I ended up with 4neg levels from the endboss. No big deal, quest was completed, so I finished out. Negs didnt get fixed while zoning out after a completed quest. Even when being back in Amrath, negs were still sticking on me like glue
3/ Everything is Nothing, the epic moment of the grandmaster tree, has a severe issue aswell. When mobs save against the ability, they go into a mode where you cannot damage them, but they stay in that mode, and cannot be damaged at all anymore, they dont recieve the 1k dmg, as they never actually come back to the reality. The only ways that I have noticed of killing mobs in this kind of buggy state is to insta kill them. Thaarak wraps seems to get the job done, even though its only 0´s that pop up when I melee the mob
4/ Adrenaline overload (Fury destiny auto-grant) not agiving ANY extra dmg on handwraps. This is now the 3rd tree that aint working with handwraps, so are unarmed monks suppose to reroll in barbarians wielding the ESoS after the update maybe.
*edit* Seems to be my stalward defender stance blocking the whole adrenaline overload, so not ssure if this is indended to be, but it is rather annoying though
5/ Intoxicating presence, a autogrant from the bard Fatesinger destiny, seems to be activated on my buffbar non stop. I am currently testing out in the Fury destiny, and still that intoxicating presence is active on my buffbar.
6/ Primal Scream (+5str/con maxed out) does do the dmg part when being cast around mobs, but doesnt at all give the stats it is suppose to give when cast.
Used all 5 on myself, and neather my str nor my con went up a single point. Tried to relog, enter different instances, nothing worked. Dmg part of the spell works, buff part doesnt. When being cast on party members, they report to recieve the buff though. When a party member casts his buff on me, nothing happens. A +5str/con which is stated as a morale bonus, is the highest bonus given in the game, so something on me is nulifying this buff.
After a long period of testing, it seems that the stalward defender stance is the one doing this. Stalward is only giving a +1 str/con as of this moment so this souldnt stop the fury spell being cast. When exiting stance, the buff gets cast. After that then reentering stalward stance leaves the fury buff on me. Please look into this that the stalward stance doesnt stop this buff.

Don't know if it's new or not, but Vorpal Strikes, the epic monk feat, doesn't gives you vorpal effect on 20s.
It may or may not be related to the fact that the description (and icon shape) says it's a toggle, but you can't drag it to a toolbar to activate.

with regards to points 4 and 6, the stalwart stance is a defensive stance, which I believe prevents rage and rage-like effects, so I would assume that it blocking the adrenaline ability (post 4) is WAI, and it preventing the primal scream is also WAI, as primal scream says that it rages nearby allies. That is my understanding of these abilities at any rate.

Combat expertise only giving 10% AC, supposed to give 15%.
Stalwart II only giving 15 PRR, supposed to give 25.

This seemed odd: In the Lordsmarch missions, the Normal (level 12/13)mission, the delayed fireburst(fireball?) spell is hitting for ~200 damage. Even with +30 or +40 FR its enough to kill a modestly geared first life character on the first cast. I've done these missions on 3 different characters many times and never seen anything like that damage on normal.

Sinister Storage is bugging out in the third wave, 4 guys remaining to be killed but not spawning stops. Tried 3 times, did it every time at the exact same point.

Into the Deep in Redfens won't let you get past the dialog to Talk with Vizira, perpetually stuck in the same dialog and therefore cannot get into the mission past him.

-Barbarian "Frenzy" and "Death Frenzy" is adding the vicious feedback effect on ranged weapons, but not dealing extra dmg (no + dmg on the enemy, but you still get the feedback dmg if you hit the target - on live you get no vicious dmg but you also don't receive the feedback).
On the bright side, whatever changes you made to combat now fixed fabricator bracers, which finally started proccing on ranged weapons.
-Barbarian Rage can't be used after Madstone Boots clickie, it says: "You are too enraged to perform this action"
Thats all i have found out so far, will keep testing and post if i notice anything else =)

The autogrant skill of Legendary Dreadnought, Combat Brute doesn't work.
Combat brute (required 20): (Passive) You gain +1[W] damage with melee weapons and deal +50% to helpless opponents while any action boost is active
Damage on helpless mobs is the same as before regardless of if you have an action boost active or not. Confirmed on handwraps, friend of mine said the same for kopeshes.

1) Exalted Angel Innate, not granting bonus Cleric level to spells.
2) Divine Wrath doesn't cast anymore (used to work, something broke)
3) Judgement doesn't discriminate between friend and foe (it was a good laugh watching party Pale Master get blasted though).
4) Fey form not giving Low Light Vision feat
5) Legendary Tactics not granting + DC to Stunning Fist
6) Avenging Light doesn't hit target though animation shows direct hit
7) Lily Petal projectile hits floor, but still damages target at distance (animation and function de-sync)
8) Mini-Meteors in Abbot Raid STILL fly through big meteors instead of destroying them.
9) Exalted Angel first innate shuts off permanently when switching destinies or resetting destiny, reapplies only after relog.
10) Level 1 Artificer Multiclass with Conjure Bolt gets +5 bolts instead of +1 when casting while neg leveled.

1) sunset ritual challenge is giving the first time, star bonus xp every run.
2)summoning pet from an item (epic wolf whistle) is saying out of range when having a mob targeted
3) The +50 sp for each rank of exalted angel does not get applied until you logout and back in.

When I put legendary tactics on my character it increased the dc of stunning fist. So it isn't broken 100% of the time, at least.

With 2 ranks in "Dirge" and no other ranks in anything else in Fatesinger, I'm getting the masked ball buff when playing in public. I didn't actually try it in a quest, but it is likely doing the same thing in quest.

When leveling up npc casters seem brutal in the level 12-20 range compared to previous on normal. Both my wife, myself, our hirelings, pets, etc have been instantly killed by a couple casters that got a run of sweet chain lightning, delayed fireblast or a disintegrate followed by another nuke. My wife's character has evasion and she is getting smoked all the time as well. I've got 300 hitpoints at level 15 and can heal (with Heal, Regen, Vigor, Empowered) and I can barely keep myself alive through some pulls on normal. These are all quests I have done on 3 other characters on live that were first generation with far less hitpoints and without much issue.
The Cannith challenges are ridiculous, the priest classes show up 3 or 4 at a time and put up 4-8 blade barriers across the kobolds path and kill them all. This is all on normal (or supposed to be normal). One (or two) people cannot manage watching the kobolds and doing the objectives. If you are a class that kills slow and there are 3 healers near each other you have no chance of killing them even if you could get through all the blade barriers.
Finally, the knock down, fear, and other CC seems far worse. Many times the entire party (2 players, 2 hirelings, pets are all knocked down, feared, held or whatever and cannot do anything while the AE bombs start coming in).
I don't consider myself an easy-mode kinda guy but if I found myself starting the game on a new gen character and running into the instant death on aggro of a room with casters I would go play something else.
edit: forgot to mention always running with 30 to all resists buffs on.

This is correct. Adrenaline and Primal Scream buffs are both forms of rage.

Fey Form isn't intended to give Low Light Vision now. The text saying it's there is a bug.

Is the bug we saw on Beta still present in the current Build?
That is to say, Eladrin stated that there was a problem with the stacking of enhancements with spell power items, and that it was not happening properly. Is the Spell Power system now working as intended, or still bugged?
