Gear assistance required

Ok so I see all these great build and fantastic ideas, which I enjoy reading and plan on creating. My problems is what are you ideas on gear them up. They are different in every way so the gear focus can be adjust in many ways. So what are you ideas, because I'm lost in the sauce. Please keep in mine I'm not the god like player some people are. I don't mind grinding in moderation, but I know stuff like Epic Jidz-Tet'ka Bracers for my monk are probable not going to happen.

It all depends on your crafting skills and your twinking possibilities.
But just in case it is of any help I'll list some crossbows that helped me a lot:
- Screaming of bleeding (crafted) at low levels deals lots of damage. later you can use holy of bleeding
- +X Paralyzing of whatever (or even without suffix, so you can use it earlier), a blast up to the vale, especially if grouping
- The two xbows from the new quest series (doublecross and silver linger). One works very well for CC (mobs spend their time falling asleep and standing up again) and for undeads
- A litII Heavy Repeater
- Wounding of Puncturing (helps a lot in places like Reaver's Fate for air eles)

As for Rune Arms, I only use force ones and max the enhancement line (7/1/1), Lucid Dreams being the best at endgame.

Weapon: +5 Screaming, Medium Guild Augment: +3 Accuracy HRXbow of Bleed and many others
Offhand: Tira's Splendour (the shot sucks but I find myself kiting while leveling so the heal amp, deathblock and silver weapons is welcome) or Chill of Winter (for the freezing ice guard)
Body: Elfcrafted Robe
Goggles: +6 Intellect Goggles of Accuracy +4
Bracers: Windhowler Bracers
Ring1: Disease Immunity of Greater False Life
Ring2: Katra's Razor Wit
Gloves: Maenya's Iron Fists
Head: Tereza's Perfect Sight
Belt: MinII +45 HP Belt (+6 health item could go here)
Necklace: +6 health necklace (silver flame necklace could go here)
Cloak: Mantle of the Worldshaper
Trinket: Vibrant Purple Ioun Stone

This is just leveling gear but it wouldn't be bad for a first life capped artificer either, just missing seeker (get stalker ring from challenges) and sneak attack (still hoping to pull wretched twilight).

My gear at cap is in my sig on Einstein build.

I'm taking my Bard (Current Crafter) and TR'ing him into a Ranger than Arty. I'm sitting here trying to figure out which GS item he should wear. I don't want to make something than have to scrap it. Due to lack of knowledge, which I have.
