Just posting info so ppl dont try to complete these quests for end game. Both quests the soul locks/torches are not reading so you can complete the end game for xp. Both bugs reported with the Bug reporting tool

I just ran deleras day before yesterday (thursday evening) and didn't have any problems.

Cheers just ran it again with party and it all worked fine. very strange
