Instead of interrupting your recall, performing any action (moving, swinging weapon, changing equipment, activating an ability) at all while the timer bar is filling fills it instantly, and recalls you instantly.

Turning in place does not, hard targeting an object does not.

Discovered in Wrath of the Flame Casual, recreated exiting Amrath slayer area, tested on different character with various actions in Redfang the Unruled, all with same result.

Although this would be pretty awesome (with the reset function) farming explorer area rares, it's not good to not be able to stop an accidental recall.

On a hunch, also tested out /death.... same thing. Move and it's instant death, in adventure instance or public area.

Upon further investigation (and seeing this thread (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=377441) it seems that some actions are completed just the same way... but not everything. Chests, levers and doors can still be interrupted if less than half the "opening" counter has elapsed, but after halfway, it finishes instantly.

Heh.

Everyone's gonna want that Servants chest with the ridiculous lever, I know.

<sigh>

Gotta do the right thing, though.

Other skills:

Search: Instant find, even when I hit a button to interrupt immediately.

Open Lock: Seems to interrupt until about half way through the "opening" bar, like opening chests and using levers.

Disable: six traps, four interruptible halfway, two were finished instantly

Disclaimer: I am playing on an account which does not yet have the preorder applied to it, so am getting other weirdness that I am chalking up to not owning the expansion yet. (Deeds?, can't talk to Fatespinner about Epic Destiny, etc.) This may or may not have any bearing on this bug.
