Charactercopy failed

Two weeks ago or so I tried to copy my 3 20th lv characters and all failed to copy. I try to relog, refresh, still failed after two weeks. I wish to try the new content with my 20th; I'd paid the preorder, play the closed beta and can't play the new content with the open beta; why is charactercopy still failed and can't do anything about it, even try to copy again?
