change Earth Grab so we can physically dodge it

since Earthgrab is now considered a physical grapple (of sort) and can't be prevented except by making the reflex save (there's still the stupid dreaded 1)
it's only fair you guys make it so we can avoid the earth grab by jumping out of the way or by being on "non-earthy" ground ;););)

How about just fixing FoM so we can avoid it altogether like it's supposed to.

Just change it so earthgrab becomes "saveable-on-a-1" while having FoM.
