Hi people, I am a wow refugee and old pnp player and am looking for a good static group to meet with on a regular nite. Looking for strategic, slow paced, team play. I would love to hook up with some other new players to run content right from the start. I am voice-chatty and rp friendly although I probably would find IC voice chat a little cumbersome. Oh ya and I'm 39 so a more mature group is preferred. I am currently test driving some guilds and stuff but have not yet managed to click with a group that plays at a good time for me (THACO Fellowship, you are not forgotten. will try to get on next Wed). I am on the west coast (pst) and evenings are best for me (7:30 - 12:00). If you are new or just new at heart, shoot me a line and maybe we can start up a group.

p.s. I have joined "The core", "Mortal Voyage" and "Extreme Explorers". If there are any members who are looking to get into a group at level 1ish give me a shout. I will be trying to get online to meet some members over the next few days.

Although we didn't speak extremely long, I could tell this guy has a good head on his shoulders. Whichever guild ultimately wins him over will be better for it.

Hey Speo, don't forget to stop by EE @4pm PST on Wed night. There will definitely be multiple groups running.

Hey Mag, thanks for the vote of confidence. I will make an effort to be around on Wednesday it's not a time I can regularily make but I hope that I can connect with some other west coasters for some grouping a little later in the evening. I'm open in terms of what night of the week, I just need to get on a little closer to 7:30 pst.

Oh yeah, there will still be people on. We run all through the PM of Wed night, and some run into the AM. :D

Monday night is lowbie night in Mortal Voyage. Can't say it will be like running with a new group though. We have the strongest PD culture regarding no spoilers, but anyone who has played in MV more than a month or two knows Korthos well. Good luck wherever you land.

Yes, looking for a static group. Not a new player, but willing to make a new character and keep quiet about spoilers (I don't promise to blunder into the traps/ambushes, but I'll let you walk into them if you want). East coast though, so the times might be tricky to work out. Friday or Saturday nights might be doable.

Hey Ari,
I have wound up doing a bit of questing with some of the good folks in Extreme Explorers on Sarlona and have also joined (but not yet had a chance to run with) Mortal Voyage. They both seem like good outfits (*snaps salute to Mag and Parvo*). I have kind of jelled with my toon on Sarlona so I will likely be hanging out there a fair bit. If you want hook up there some time you can look for Artamnus Speo. Usually around after 8pm pacific during the week. Here and there on the weekends.

Heya Speo,

Are you Ironbad in The Core? Kudos for grinding out the level 1-2 stuff on elite. Let's group soon.

Cheers,

Mo.

Mo, that was me running around with Ironbad. I had a great time staying alive! It's all great fun, as most content outside the harbor is new to me. I hope to be on tomorrow. I've been away more than I'd like due to RL.

BTW, I'm a premium player, so thanks for opening elite up for me. I have a lot of adventure packs and banked TP to buy packs I don't have when the time comes, so I should be able to go wherever the adventure takes me (turbine points go further when you can't be tempted to spend them on character buffs!)

Wednesdays I'm with the static group THACO Fellowship (non-perma death, but extremely restrictive, just to see what the possibilities are).

Cheers!
