I don´t think so. Look at the challenge chests, they have a ML to open. If they are over your lvl, you cannot open them. Imagine the nerd rage.

Any chance you could also turn this on for Beta/Llama so that we can take a look at how stacking loot bonus will/won't work with the new max chest level of 25?

As I said to a guildie today, this is the first time I can remember since there was an overlevel XP bonus that I've been pulling stuff out of quest chests that I'm too low to use. Interesting.
