This happened to me last update as well, I figured the encounter was 'not finished'. Nothing I could do would activate them.

I was on my monk as well.

happened to me too, last night. Just click and click and click and all my abilities got the .5 sec cool down like something was supposed to happen..but nothing..like a ninja.
