I have recently run into some serious financial issues, and will not likely be able to pre-order the expansion pack by the 25th.

I was wondering if the non-collectors' edition packs (either standard or base editions) will still be available for purchase after the release date.

I understand that all content will become available for purchase with Turbine Points after update 15 in August, I'm just asking if I can still buy the packs through the DDO Market.

Thanks!

They're gone after the 25th. But you can purchase individual aspects of the xpack via the ddostore in august, that is what I've heard anyways.

Assuming that they do it the same way as with lotro:
Yes they will still be available, except for the preorder items.

Calling something preorder wouldn't make much sense if they stopped selling them on release.

Well, it's as sure as there is an amen in the church that you will:
- be able to create a Druid
- be able to enter FR
after the 25th, however probably not as a single pack but as dedicated TP point options like you can buy Artificer and the Cannith Adventure pack. As it is written (http://underdark.ddo.com) that there will be 3 Adventure Packs and looking about what Artificer and Cannith is sold in the store, I don't expect them to be cheap, but you can wait till one or the other is on sell.

That's what I'm hoping, even if it's just the base edition, with no xp pots or tome.

It will be possible to purchase Expansion bundles after Menace of the Underdark is released on June 25, but the "Limited Time Collector's Edition" listed on our pre-purchase page here (http://underdark.ddo.com/) is just that, a limited time offer. There will be expansion bundles, but that exact offer will not be available, and any exclusives will be gone for good.

I assume the new DDO Marketplace will be the only place to purchase Expansion bundles? I.E. They wont be available in the DDO store via Turbine points.

I know you said certain elements of the Xpacks will be available on the DDO Store but will there be content restricted to the bundles only? or will it simply be highlighted with "exclusive" items like the onyx panther if you purchase the bundle?

All the quests, challenge pack, epic destinies and druid class will be available in the DDO Store from U15 in August. All of the cosmetic pets etc are unique to the bundles.
