Bought a elixir of exp (20%/6h) for 350 tp and received nothing

As topic... I just bought an elixir to help me farm delera 2 quickly and with efficiency and I received nothing in my inventory... ofc the TP was charged to me, indeed...
What I've to do to get my TP back or at least my pot? -.-
