Might be coming back

SO, It's been about 2 years since I've played the game. I stopped about update 6. I believe it's time for me to try to get back in the game, what with all the sales and all. Are there any Must have quest packs, Items etc. that have changed drastically since those days? Are VoN, TOD, Shroud Hound and the other classics still widely run? Would appreciate some help getting back into the game. Thanks in advance everyone

Yeah, all those are still being run.
As far as what's run regularly, that varies from server to server. For Orien:
Shroud groups go pretty regularly - usually seeing one every hour for the odd times (between 3am and 8am EST), with it reducing to seeing one up on the board every 3 or so minutes during peak times.

ToD groups still go pretty regularly as well - with one up at least 2x a day on weekdays, every 4 hours or so on weekends.

VoN groups fall into 3 categories - Loot runs go at least 2x a day, Epic - 3x a day weekdays, lots more on weekends, At level - not seeing as many of those as I'd like (mainly because of bravery bonus making people want that first run on elite) but they still happen.

HoX/VoD - usually run either in the evenings EST or on weekends (going by the lfm board)

There are some new raids since you've been gone.
Chronoscope (lvl 6/can be run Epic) - Loot runs usually 3-6 times a day, At level - don't see that very often, Epic weekdays 3 or 4, weekends almost hourly.
Lord of Blades/Master Artificer (lvl 18?/can be run Epic) - usually run in static groups that have a few pug spots left -weekends are best to find a spot in those.

You may want to take a peek over at DDOwiki to find out what's changed since you've been gone, there's a new class, a few new races, some prestiges changes, held/helpless monsters no longer are auto-critted.
