As the Title says, Not a new player but this will be my first serious go at a proper Fighter and as It will be a Third Life Toon I want to do it right.
Anyone got a decent Build I can use or would like to suggest one?
Only stipulations I have really is that It must be Human or Helf.
I have +3's in every stat and some nice Khopeshes ready to go.

If you want specific numbers I can give you the build that I used for my melees life. (That would also require knowing your gear)
But in general I humbyl suggest:
12 Fighter/6 Paladin/2 Monk Helf with Rogue Dilly.
Gets Kensai II for Power Surge, +3 to hit, +3 dmg and +2 to confirm crits with kopeshes. Tons of feats, Haste boosts to be mixed with helf dmg boosts. Extra Str, tactics, so with a tier 1 alchemical gets great stun dc's.
Paladin 6 gives Defender I which solves all your hp problems. The +2 Con and +10% health bonus is HUGE for health. You will get by on one toughness no problem. Also brings Divine Favor for infinite +2 hit/dmg, as well as Divine Might for ~10-12 minutes of +2 dmg. Divine sacrifice for every 6 seconds an extra 5d6 light dmg (If spammed properly its a 2.8 dps increase) not to mention 4 Exaulted Smites. Divine Rightousness for +100% hate if you feel like aggro. Cha added to saves so makes for VERY nive saves. Lay on hands for emergencys
Monk 2 for evasion (duh) free feats, punchy punchy for abbot and other undead with Mabar Wraps.
Rogue dilly for 3d6 sneak attack.
Helf, hamp, haste/dmg boost, bieng cool.
Max out str, 14 dex for twf, at least 14 con to start, at least 12 cha to start. 8 int, pinch of wis.
UMD and Concentration for skills. Pinch in tumble during monk levels.
That should be a good start.

Thanks for the quick reply mate, Great help, Looking for more of a max 2 splash though if I'm honest I dont like heavily multiclassing, So May just go Fighter/monk or pure fighter from what I've heard the Capstone is pretty good.

A helf pure fighter with 13 in wis could take the cleric dilettante, just a suggestion for self healing. The capstone is a must if your also going to equip double-strike gear!
I am doing the build above (34 pt) but with 14 in cha and I dumped wis and int with fvs dilly for lvling and it is awesome :)
I think the 2 lvls of monk on a fighter are not that good unless you are building a tank!
