10% Off Cart Code DDOMK10 B0rked?

Hi.

I just spent $85 on MotU standard ed. + 5000TP at $35 discounted rate. Entered code DDOMK10, says "not valid".

Then I went to the DDO store and bought 33500 TP for $199. Entered code DDOMK10, says "not valid".

Then I went to the DDO store and bought (a) 2 true hearts (b) 100 Astral Diamonds and (c) the challenge pack for about 6500TP. Entered code DDOMK10, says "not valid"

What did I do wrong? And how do I get credit for the 10% off I was entitled to?

I tested it out, and it works in the new Market. I had to type it as all caps. It refused the code when I typed it all lower case.

I used all caps as well but your comment was helpful otherwise. I used the MotU web page to order the expansion (not the new market) and I used the ddo store in game to make the TP and other product purchases (not the new market).

Seems a little harsh that I should miss out on the 10%

is the 10% coupon a one time use or reusable throughout the promo period?

I also got the 'invalid code' option when I purchased things this morning. I unlocked the Artificer class and bought a +2 Tome of Wisdom, and a +1 Tome of Constitution, spending a total of 1755 TP. I tried the code in all caps, and in lowercase, but did not receive the discount. The advertisement does not say 'must use the code from a specific place in game', it says 'use this code when you checkout for 10% off the items in your cart'.

I am annoyed.

All the advertisements I've seen say something to the effect of get 10% off in the new DDO market (http://store.turbine.com/store/turbine/en_US/list/categoryID.58516100/ThemeID.29252200) which is different from the ddo store and does not sell any of the items you purchased.

Using the in game myddo, the coupon code DDOMK10 will not work. I believe this 10% off code is NOT for anything else except for TP purchases and the new Menace of the Underdark. I bought The Ruins of Gianthold yesterday for 950 TP and tried to use the code DDOMK10 and also got "not valid".

The coupon code promotion is a little deceiving when it says "use this code when you checkout for 10% off the items in your cart". But, if you click on the link that says that, then yr redirected to the "New Market" page where you can buy TP and the new Menace of the Underdark. I'm sure you'll get 10% off that stuff.

Point is, its a little confusing and nerve racking for some of us. Why not put in there "10% off select TP bundles and Menace of the Underdark ONLY" instead of the deceptive phrase "use this code when you checkout for 10% off the items in your cart" Wouldn't that help smooth out the confusion? Most of us just saw that phrase and didnt click on it and thought "Hey! Thats very kool of DDO to give us 10% off entire cart purchase...let me go load up my cart now and save some cash!" Which was the case with me and some others it appears.

Oh well, I only missed out on saving 95 TP with my purchase. I was kinda mad until I clicked on the link and saw TP bundles and Menace of the Underdark. Then I laughed and said, "Figures".

Please reword it to avoid further confusion.

This coupon code is NOT for the DDO Store. It is for the Market. They are not the same.
