I dont speak Portuguese but fortunately the internet does So:

I think what you're getting at is like a hireling "figurine of power" instead of a contract, available from the ddo store for a higher cost than the existing contracts that would be bound to character but usable forever?

If so, interesting idea. Unless I'm mistaken they have a panther figurine of power in the pre-order for MoTU so I suspect that this might be a direction they're heading but it may be just this one time.

Hopefully the translator doesn't do what my phone does when I text:

Eu não falo o português mas felizmente o Internet assim:

Eu penso que de o que você está começando é como um hireling “figurine do poder” em vez de um contrato, dispon*vel da loja do ddo para um custo mais elevado do que os contratos existentes que seriam limitados ao caráter mas usable para sempre?

Se assim, idéia interessante. A menos que eu for confundido têm um figurine da pantera do poder no pre-order para o suspeito assim I de MoTU que este pôde ser um sentido que são t*tulo mas pode ser justo esta uma vez.

I can read Portuguese, and I think what the OP wants is a Gold Seal hireling whose spells and actions you can pick from what is available for a character of that class and level. So, for instance, if you bought such a contract for a level 15 Sorcerer, you could pick what spells you wanted on the hot bar for that Sorcerer, the only restriction being that it would have to be a spell that would normally be available to a level 15 Sorcerer. The OP also desires that this customizable hireling have a superior AI to the standard hirelings. Obviously, all this would come with a higher price tag than the standard hirelings.

Acho que é bom idéia. (I think it is a good idea.)

Heh.

Now they want to have a special hireling that you to level up before you can use it? That will be the only way to make certain the characteristics you want, such as pre-requisite feats and enhancements are there for your requirements.

Plus, the Hirling only lasts a matter of in-game hours... Dual-boxing would be easier :D

Yet it all makes me wonder.... where would we end up with all this. Hirelings are emergency convenience/substitute.

In year or 2 maybe we all raid with our bot army? There seems to be pressure from social towards artificial. In a multiplayer online game people are asking for serious work to be put into artificial replacement of real players, sort of odd if you ask me.

So a hireling that works like the heroes in Guild Wars? I'm up for that.

Everyone thinks that there is bad mercenaries most effective and smart, but a question for those who watch the game alone like me, not to mention that to get to a good group of players is not easy, I play in the world canntih and to use the group mode is very rare to find players who really want to play low lvl quests. Especially if it appears those veterans who just want to send and do not let others have fun. Still missing a server Portoguês.

I am not a very social player and no hard data about it... but I think Argo has more brazilians than other servers.

I also have some PCs in Cannith. If you want I can run some quests with you.

Pt_br Version - Não sou muito sociável e não tenho números a respeito, mas acho que Argo tem mais brasileiros.

Eu tenho alguns PCs em Cannith... se quiser, procure por Cacira (barbarian) ou Anhanga (Wizard).

I love hirelings, they're always there for me. I'd love to have them more than an hour, I'd love to be able to level them up, etc..etc..

I keep logging in my 20, my 10 and my 8, looking at the LFMs, and IF there are any that are not "bb elite", reserved, or farming-in progress, they rarely are at my level.

Frankly, I'm tired of soloing but I'm not finding any LFMs that look welcoming. I'm sure I'm too slow and too poorly geared for the "elite BB" guys...

I know, I could of course start my own, but I can't figure out what I want to run, what quests do I remember? They all seem like too little XP anyway.

Right now I'm just building a 2nd 20 for the Xpack and hoping that brings more excitement for me.

Its so hard for me to get a large block of time these days anyway....

maybe the repitition is getting to me, I've never been very good at repeat..repeat..repeat..

Just my 2Cents...
