I've been getting back into regular play during my summer break from school and I am hooked again. I'm on my fourth life and I am now getting exposed to a sub-community of DDO; completionists or soon-to-be completionists. From what I can tell it's a great group of guys and gals and feel a certain camaraderie with the craziness of what we are trying to achieve. I'd just like to make a shout out to all the people I've ran with during this past week. It's all been a blur, but I really appreciate the xp and , much more so, the lessons and techniques. Thanks

I'm almost done with completionist, on my last life:). I feel I'm a different completionist than all the others.I did not mix any class's ,all my life's where 20 pure. Well Sarlona will have another completionist real soon.

Yeah, I went pure for two of the last three lives and probably pure for this next one.

Sometimes the mixing is of necessity. A lot of us run with groups of other TR's either in guild or channels/friends, and plan together so sometimes we complement each other, to make sure the basic classes are covered in a group. Other times, perhaps there will be no rogue in the group for example and rather than having to depend on pugs you take a level or two of rogue to get that extra xp taken care of. Most of my lives were pure, one life I splashed two rogue, thankfully I'm done for now, the rest will just be tr's for a few lives not as much as I did with Indi.

Crazy? Nah...just time consuming and boring.

I've been around for years on and off but this year making extra special effort to reach some milestones. So I started investing a lot into one character and decided it would be a fun idea to go for completionist. A friend of mine is doing the same, so we're planning to compliment each other as well as we can.
I'm only on my second life. First was pure Arty, now doing Rogue. We are thinking one of us at least needs to be a trapster each life for the reasons mentioned previously: that extra xp helps! Plus once you get used to handling traps/locks in quests it is hard to give that aspect up.
Typically I like to stay pure for all my characters, but I'm willing to take that dip to handle the extra content.

Good luck on your adventure!
