What is with the Windspyre Door bug

Everytime I go to use the lower level door on my level 20 guildship it says the door is blocked.....I can use it fine to get from the upper to lower deck but I can't use it to get from the lower to the upper deck.

The one on the other side works fine either way....was this a recent bug...side effect from the new update?

Ive put in so many bug reports nothing yet.

Yeah, it's recent. Just get used to the ladder exit, that's what I say.

Yes it came in with the last update (not hotfix). I bug reported 15 minutes or so after the patch went live and again after the hotfix for the patch didn't do anything about it. I know it has been mentioned in other threads.
