Arcane lore stacking

Bit of a newb question.

Does the Arcane lore provided by Blue Dragon Scale Robe stack with the Cleric lore type enhancements?

General rule: Effects won't stack when they come from the same source (two items). Effects will stack when they come from different sources (item+enhancement+feat).
