Masterit's ful Craftsmanship

I think I know the answer to this question but I couldn't find a definitive answer:

Is Masterful Craftsmanship only applicable to non-named items? I know I could do it on Lucid Dreams, but it's by nature craftable.

Could you apply it to, say, Minos Legens? I'm guessing no, but figured I'd ask anyway.

You can apply it to any item with the craftable porperty. At this time this means:

-Any crafted item
-Any Runearm
-Tier 3 level 8 challenge items
-Tier 3 level 12 challenge items
-Tier 3 level 16 challenge items
