Issue with Gauntlets of Eternity

The superior devotion vi, from the gauntlets, is not amplifying my heal spell. The number is the same regardless of if I have them on or not.

Charismatic +6 Cloak

Epic Ornamented Dagger has Sup Potency VI which already gives you the 50% bonus to your heal spell... Potency affects all magic... Devotion only affects healing magic. They do not stack though... Once you have Sup Potency you don't Sup Devotion (or Superior Combustion, or Superior Magnetism, etc.)

Uh.. DUH. Sup Potency 7. That is working already on your Heal spell.

BTW, you could ditch the Green Blade if you wanted as EOD has arcane lore. (Yeah, you lose a few % chance at crits, but the resultant gains of a different item could be worth it.)

Your dagger has potency on it, they won't stack.
