Hello there Forumites!
Before i slap an Alchemical AC ritual on my teir 3 level 16 Frozen Tunicc (Which is now min level 14 thanks to shards of potential), I want to check with the community and see if anyone has any solid, recent evidence as to how this will affect the minimum level, if at all.
DDOwiki implies that it does HERE (http://ddowiki.com/page/Stone_of_Change_-_Recipes) (At the very bottom of the page), but then gives a more convoluted answer HERE (http://ddowiki.com/page/Cannith_Crafting#Stone_of_Change), assuming that challenge items behave like crafted items in any way.
If anyone has recent experience with this, I'd love to know!
