I'm sorry if you didnt get a chance to read all the rules before you formed an opinion about Congo Bowl.

But let me clear up some of your concerns for you.

It is clearly stated in the rules that only 28-32 point builds are to compete. So no TR's.

Aswell as limited to lvl 6 so no epic items too.

This tournament is accessable to new player and players that are not from Thelanis.
