Where can you get Superior Brilliance V potions?

They only exist up to IV. Same with all the other Superior X potions.

Where can you get Superior Brilliance V potions?

If you post in your server's marketplace that you would like a Superior Brilliance V clicky, you'll get one fairly quickly.

I recommend putting it on a Kama if you are considering going for a Cleric/Monk split at some point since a Kama won't uncenter you and you won't hold it in your hand for more than a short time anyway since it's just a clicky. Alternately, you can put it on a throwing weapon and use that as your ranged-lever-trigger/ranged-aggro-grabber.

Or just buy a shard from the AH. Talk to a buddy who crafts and see if they can make you one.

Na don't worry about that. It will take a long time to get your level up high enough if you are just starting. Just go to one of the crafting halls and get the list of essences you need. You can then buy or collect the essences you need. You can also trade essences at the crafting vendor. Once you get the essences you need for the shard just throw up an LFM asking someone to craft it for you. There are lots and lots of generous crafters out there who will help you out. Good luck.
