Reincanation Alignment Error. Please Help?

I just reincarnated my Wizard to "Legend", I selected "True Nutral" as my Alignment but I guess I hit the mouse wheel because when I loged into the character it was changed to "Lawful Good" I spoke with Turbine and they said that they couldn't do much and that I would have to reincarnate again because the alignment change in the DDO store is not offered to Wzards, now because I am not the only one who has done this I'm sure? My question is if I took 2 levels of Fighter so my character is technically considered a Fighter because of the majority of levels can I then go and buy a alignment change then after that is said and done use a +3 Lesser reincarnation to remove the levels of Fighter to go back to Wizard? Does anyone know if this kind of manipulation would work? sounds good on paper but hell lots of things do....

So long as you aren't class restricted (which if fighter and wizard do not have alignment restrictions) you can change your alignment at any time.

Now, what I don't know off the top of my head is if you can actually get back to neutral neutral or not. It is a two step process. You buy the prefix and use it, then the suffix and use it. "lawful good" requires two changes. You have to change Lawful to Neutral, then change Good to neutral.

neutral neutral should result in true neutral, but I don't know if that would be the actual result due to coding. Maybe that is why CS told you to reincarnate again, but.... just sounds odd to me. If I could check the store I could give you better data, but that is the best I can do off the top of my head. Sorry.

I had the exact same problem - I was changing my alignment to lawful neutral and ended up clicking the create button instead. I feel pretty stupid as this was the 11th time using that menu on that toon (and I have more toons than that) but it is seems to be a user interface design flaw. I wonder how many other people have had this same problem? I don't understand why the drop down menu should go over the create button in the first place. I hope a developer reads this and thinks about ways to prevent this type of thing from happening (i.e. move the create button so the drop down menu does not go over it)

I did submit a ticket to their support center and got a better response from them so you might want to try that.

I can't see any reason why wizards can't change alignment, have you looked in the store to see if you can buy the alignment change? Luckily I needed to be lawful anyways (i like my monks) so I will just live with the alignment for this life (It will only last a few more weeks anyways)
As for heart of wood - you should be able to change your alignment directly - no need to take fighter levels and back again, it is just like you are starting at 1 again...
