Are any static groups looking for members?

I hope this is the right place to post this. If not, please excuse the impertinence.

My character, Shordtie Skwirt is a male Halfling who is a 7Pal/2Ftr/1FvS. I have soloed him from creation at lvl4 to where he is now. I am a VIP so I have all quests open to me. I am simply looking to be part of an *ADULT* group for socializing and having fun. It is starting to get boring being alone all the time. I am part of a guild, but unfortunately, I have learned my lesson about joining any guildies groups. The two I have joined both ended in party wipes. This is my first life for this character so I am sort of a wimp compared to those who have multi-life toons. I live in the Chicago metro area (the Central time zone). I usually play between 2pm and 3am. I work on my crafting skill when I am not running quests. In quests, I try to get all the chests, xp and loot that I can.

Hopefully that is enough information for anyone who would like me to join their group.

My 2 friends and I run in the evenings eastern time from 9-11p M, W & F. We are sitting at 20 atm finishing up some quests before we TR again next week. We cuss, we laugh, we elite streak and TR. Yes we fail and die sometimes, but it is generally in amusing ways. Your build is irrelevant as it is possible to level a ham sandwich with dumped con to 20 now.

We aren't really 'looking' per se for 'new' members, but I hate to see someone hung out. I'm on in the afternoons on Thursday and Friday generally just goofing off so shoot me a tell on Aeolwind and we'll chat.

If you are still looking, I run with a pretty static group of 4 guildies, all multiple TR's, from about 6pm EST to 9pm EST M-F (Thur til 8pm due to guild shroud run and Fri til 8pm due to guild roll-a-quest event) and a good majority of the day on Sat and Sun. Hit me up in game after 5pm EST today or when you get the chance, I'll be on Seyeder, my new project (3rd life Fighter/Rogue) or Bjriand (13th life Completionist Rogue/Monk). All are pretty laid back, everyone receives their fair share of being picked on, and we pretty much do everything involved in a quest. You may not be able to run everything with us if you are on your first life, but the xp will certainly pour in and we are all currently level 10 with 11 banked and close to 12 banked. You may be even be a good fit and switch to the Fighting Clowns.

I was wondering the same thing i just recently came back to the game after a long break. I love logging on and being able to get things done i don't have any 2 or 3 or 4th life characters yet but that is my goal before exp come out.
