I reincarnated my character at 20 and then chose rogue, have gone to level 13 and absolutely hate this class. Is there anything I can do to reset him to level 1 and re-pick the class choice...I dont care if it costs money but there's just no way I'm going to spend the time to grind him to 20 to TR again. Is it 'game over' for me?

I think you can but it will be expensive and take a couple of weeks. I think you can use a +5 heart of wood to change your first 5 levels to the new class you want, then wait a week and use another +5 heart of wood to change levels 6-10, then wait another week and use a +3 heart of wood to change the last 3 levels. Please don't take my word for it but I can't find anything that says you are unable to do this.

Yeah I'm seeing the same thing. tbh that pretty much does it for me, I just want the ability to have fun not feel like I'm being raped over one bad choice.

Ouch. :(
Yeah, you are in a hard spot.
Reincarnating would be a very cost prohibative option, if you are set on this,
Your best shot would be Two lesser +5 reincarnate's and a lesser +3.
And that is assuming the +5 reincarnation hearts are even available.
And you would have the one week waiting period between.
I would Reccomend checking the forums for a really good rogue build that you can live with and hanging in there till level 20. Have the past life of rogue in the bank for your TR
could be handy in a pinch. Hang in there, and don't write the character off just yet.
You may not like the class but look at the end goal. You picked rogue
As a class for your TR for reason I'm sure. Unless you find nothing at all
redeeming about the class try to stick it out. It's far better than the alternative.
I know you don't want to throw away all the time you invested.
Sorry to hear about the tough luck with the TR. I hope things work out.
I hope this helps,
Bekki.

3x +5 greaters is an expensive and timely route but doable.
Sucking it up and getting him to 20 and tr'ing him again is the way you don't want to go, but possible.
Another option would be to just change classes and go with 7 levels of monk, barbarian, fighter or whatever.
A good option would also be to do.a +5 greater and go 5 less rogue and more melee to get a barbarian past life or whatever route you want to go with.
A final option is to just park your rogue until you are in the mood again and start a fresh toon that you might be thinking of building.
13 Rog/6 barb/1 Ftr is fun, 13 rogue/7 monk s durable, 13 Rog/6 pally/1 monk is unkillable, 13 rogue/6 Ftr/1 monk can be very vetsitile.
While assassins can be fun, they require a lot of patience. For a fun rogue think high str and con....

Look into the Hurtlocker build. This is a Rogue/ Paladin/ Monk build that is a Durable, DPS Machine, and should make your last few Lvl's a lot of fun...
I have one I am working up and she is pretty fierce. I just respecced her for Whirling steel strike and Zen Archery. ;) She can bring the the pain, heal you, or disarm those nasty traps, she's a little Swiss Army Pocket knife... :D
She is alot of fun to play...
