Reincarnation problem with docent and module on dog?

Maybe I missed it in the large text, but when I did the reincarnation, (was artificier) I lost the Docent and the Module was on my dog...

I didn't know I had to remove it from them before the reincarnation, is it a bug? If yes is it possible to get back my items?

I did'nt think about it before the reincarnation :S

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I will defiantly keep close tabs on this thread because I am going to be TRing my arti soon. I hope you get things resolved/back soon.

You have probably done this already but have you submitted a ticket to support about this?
