As far as I know, they aren't supposed to. The big one seems to be the shoulder cannon, and it won't fire at any enemy you haven't already attacked.

One catch is that I wouldn't expect your cannon to cease fire due to you going invis. Make sure all attacked enemies are either dead or far out of range before expecting invisibility to work.

Other way around. Being invisible breaks AoV abilities. It deactivates your aura.

Doesn't stop the shoulder cannon, but shoulder cannon shots don't break invis.
