Monk: Possible Bug: Breath of the Fire Dragon Broken vs. non-mobs?

Before I file a bug report, I wanted to make sure this is not a known change.

I've been gone for a while, but came back recently to see if the game has stabilized yet.

This morning, I played for about a half hour and noticed what I think might be a bug.

To Reproduce:

Go into Siegebreaker with a monk, attempt to set fire to the tents in that first room using breath of the fire dragon. It no longer works. My pure monk used to do this pretty frequently. Did that get changed (i.e. WAI) sometime in the past few months, or is it a new bug?

I tried against four tents... nada. Haven't tried against the first door in The Harbinger quest finale yet - figure that would be another indicator... will do this evening.

I noticed that breath of the fire dragon no longer breaks doors like it used to. I think they changed the way the burning hands spell affects things last update.

I bought a cheap burning hands clickie from AH to test and yah, it no longer works like it used to... _it_ won't ignite tents either.

I tried soloing Siegebreaker on my Monky last week and thought I was just doing it wrong as it used to work before. Either standing too close to the tent or too far away, etc.

Glad to find out it's not me and disappointed that it's yet another bug.

The quest used to be solo-able, now it isn't. Is this WAI, for some grief-related reason?

It's still soloable... just stand by the tents during that first fight - the kobolds will fireball it... else, grab a fireball clickie (I assume garbage UMD like my monk has, heh).

They didn't change monks, they changed how the tents ignite. You can't get them with burning hands either. I don't think it was an intentional change, as around the same time it changed so you couldn't blow out torches in inferno using cold of cold, and the dev I talked to didn't seem to know anything about that.

Found that Cone of Cold no longer ignites the torches in Inferno of the Damned, that has been like that for a bit and it never used to be.
