Chronoscope scrolls bugged?

Did 600 kills roughly in Echrono after the Master Artificer closed. Not a single scroll drop since then, horrible luck or is it bugged....again? confirmation would be much appreciated! :)

I farmed with a guildie earlier in echrono. As per the usual fair distribution, he got four scrolls and I got none.

This doesn't annoy me at all and I'm happy to see him loot 99 out of the 100 scrolls that drop*.

* I may or may not be shading the truth a tad here. Also, I may or may not have to try and get him killed by sharing a quest at an opportune time. Again.

Ran a partial run yesterday (had to leave after Razor Arm) and saw 3-4 scrolls dropped.

i would like to follow up and say yes, a scroll finally dropped at 670 kills....good thing i didn't mess with the mega lottery with my horrible luck :P

two of us went in there 25 kills later we had 3 scrolls.

My friend logged off and I went back in 125 kills not one scroll so yep its back to its irratating random best :D. So i guess bad luck.
