Potion icons?

Hey everyone,

I have a hard time distinguishing between the different types of potions on my hotbars, and have to mouse over them and read the popup to really figure out which is which. Not very ideal during the heat of battle.

And I love modding games I play, so I decided last night that my very first mod attempt here would be to reskin the inventory icons for potions so I can easily tell them apart. So I poked around...

And I'm left with the question - is it possible to reskin the potion inventory icons? I figured if you can reskin the UI, you'd be able to do the icons as well, but while I've found the UI stuff, I haven't found anything that would let me do this. Have I missed it somewhere or is there no way to do it?
