Well.....for one the Epic Robe of Night if you have one.
Self healing on a fleshy Wizard
Awesome necro DC's with enough feats to have a secondary school maxxed as well.
Add the past life free and purchasable feats and things become really sweet.
Passive 100% fortification....tons of immunities.......honestly....what's not to like...unless you wanna be different :p

Being a PM lets you heal yourself using both variations of Death Aura, and you can cast offensive neg energy spells using small amounts of HP. It's quite fun to play, so long as you know how to avoid getting aggro first. PM makes you more durable than a non-PM wizard, but you're not invincible.

You have to be either warforged or undead to self-heal as a wizard.
Self-healing is incredibly powerful.

If you were really looking for info on palemasters you wouldn't be starting such a generic thread. This looks like a troll thread, trying to generate additional pointless arguments about casters and palemasters.
What is really so good that so many people like Pale Masters? Tell me please...
I can find at least 10 reasons by searching for "palemaster" in thread titles.
Here is a reason from DDOWiki: http://ddowiki.com/page/Palemaster#Shroud_of_the_Lich
